The H2OCOACH 30 Day Replacement Guarantee covers all bottles and accessories from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 1 year.
At our discretion, we will replace any manufacturing defect with our products at no charge. Please see important ****limitations and exclusions**** below. The 30 Day Replacement Promise does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident (dropped / lost / stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Product(s) must be purchased from an authorized H2OCOACH dealer and must be returned to us for inspection and evaluation.

University Dr. #30212, Prosper, TX 75078 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials or workmanship are covered by our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for the period of 30 days from date of purchase.

While we choose the very best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how old it is. Our 30 Day Guarantee will cover normal ***wear and tear*** use for the 30 day guarantee period from date of purchase.
WEAR AND TEAR
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use, i.e. screwing on/off lids. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time, just like paint on a vehicle. While we choose the best materials available for the our products, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
The H2OCOACH 30 Day Guarantee program covers products that legitimately fail due to a manufacturing defect. Use your judgment when assessing whether your H2OCOACH product is likely to be covered under our30 Day Guarantee. We Do NOT cover products that no longer work due to wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and materials will deteriorate and graphics will fade over time. While we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
