H2OCOACH 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
H2OCOACH products are made from the highest quality materials and machinery. Not withstanding, things happen on occasion where a product does not meet our standards of quality and you should not bare the brunt of it. We want you to be well pleased with your H2OCOACH product and we're here to protect your purchase.
The H2OCOACH 30 Day Replacement Warranty covers all bottles and accessories from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days.
At our discretion, we will replace any manufacturing defect with our products at no charge. Please see important ****limitations and exclusions**** below. The 30 Day Replacement Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident (dropped / placed in freezer / lost / stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Product(s) must be purchased from an authorized H2OCOACH dealer and must be returned to us for inspection and evaluation. It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: we must receive the bottle(s) within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
*MANUFACTURING DEFECTS*
A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials or workmanship are covered by our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for the period of 30 days from date of purchase.
**30 DAY WARRANTY**
While we choose the very best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how old it is. Our 30 day warranty will cover normal ***wear and tear*** use for the 30 day warranty period from date of purchase.
***WEAR AND TEAR***
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use, i.e. screwing on/off lids. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time, just like paint on a vehicle. While we choose the best materials available for the our products, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
****LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS****
The H2OCOACH 30 Day Replacement Warranty program covers products that legitimately fail due to a manufacturing defect. Use your judgment when assessing whether your H2OCOACH product is likely to be covered under our 30 Day Replacement Warranty. We Do NOT cover products that no longer work due to wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and materials will deteriorate and graphics will fade over time. While we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. If after assessment H2OCOACH determines your particular H2OCOACH item has exceeded its 30 day warranty or falls under abnormal wear and tear / usage and deems the returned product ineligible for warranty replacement, we will contact you to discuss available options we may have for you.
